Ana de la Reguera and Ana Gasteyer Bio

Ana Kristina Gasteyer is an American actress comedian and singer. She is most notable for her tenure as a cast participant on the NBC sketch comedy series Saturday Night Live from 1996 to 2002. Since then, she has been featured in sitcoms like ABC's Suburgatory TBS's People of Earth NBC's American Auto, and the movie Mean Girls. Gasteyer's professional career started at Northwestern University. She originally was enrolled as a vocal major but switched to theater after becoming part of the comedy troupe. Her improv-loving spirit has been carried in her various support roles, including the overly manageable Sheila Shay (agent), on Lady Dynamite, and the bizarre Karen Grisham. All of this has led towards American Auto, the NBC comedy that gives Ana Gasteyer her long-awaited starring role. Anabell Gardoqui de la Reguera is a Mexican actress. She has starred telenovelas in TV and film shows such as Eastbound & Down on HBO, Capadocia for Amazon and Goliath. Reguera was born and raised in Veracruz. Her mother, Nena of la Reguera, was a Miss Veracruz who became a journalist and television personality. Reguera first began ballet before pursuing a degree in the arts of performance at Instituto Veracruzano de la Cultura.
